- Product Designer for On-Schedule and On-Time
Product Designer for Optibus On-Schedule & On-Time desktop apps (B2B). Collaborating with CEO, product managers and developers, in an agile environment.
On-Time
Delay alerts and the day's trips on one timeline
Alerts at different levels flag delays, above the trips and drivers of the day.

On-Time
The system’s solution for a delay
A replacement bus or driver, or another solution, offered in real time to resolve the current delay.

On-Time
Reading the timeline
Indications on the Gantt: charging, overlaps, early or late starts and ends, and past changes.

On-Time
On-time performance at a glance
The real-time activity on top, with performance, alerts and a map in the dashboard below.

Rostering
Weekly packages of daily driver duties
Built on the Gantt view, to minimize labor costs while keeping drivers satisfied.

Challenge
Controllers needed immediate visibility into service disruptions across entire networks, and planners had to balance hundreds of constraints across several objectives.
Decision
A priority-based alert system, a unified timeline of vehicle, driver and schedule status, and scenario views that let planners compare trade-offs.
Impact
- The On-Time prototype was designed and delivered within a week, for an exhibition.
- It drew great feedback and interest there, and a deal with a major transportation company closed.
- The platform was then developed inside the main Optibus platform.
